COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark KTMA34-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 National-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PNOZ324VDC5S1O1W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L2800401 manufactured by Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 77893C01 by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lisk Brand S2456 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Price-Elect-Corp. such as 5724105HSX equipment made by Price-Elect-Corp. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Price-Elect-Corp. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Price-Elect-Corp." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P2HZX1 made by Pilz as well as the popular 2963912 original spares produced by Phoenix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PKBM15A470550VAC by Pilz and 5724105HSX spares by Price-Elect-Corp. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D0204 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mori-Seiki. |
